These Terms of Service govern the use of precision tool maintenance and metalwork waste logistics services provided by Threepeaksmc ("we", "us", or "our") through the website threepeaksmc.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We provide CNC router axis calibration, high-speed cutter dynamic balancing, and metal dust ecological handling services exclusively for industrial manufacturing facilities. Our work is performed at your site or at our designated service centers. All service specifications, tolerances, and deliverables are defined in the applicable service agreement or work order.
You agree to provide safe access to equipment, disclose any known hazards (e.g., electrical, chemical, or mechanical), and ensure that the work area is free of obstructions. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or clearances required for our technicians to perform services on your premises.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Threepeaksmc's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages, including lost production, lost profits, or damage to workpieces, unless expressly agreed in writing. Our calibration reports and balancing certificates reflect conditions at the time of service and do not guarantee indefinite performance.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days' written notice. We may suspend services immediately if you fail to pay undisputed amounts, breach safety protocols, or provide inaccurate information about equipment or materials. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
