All calibration reports, machine parameters, and customer records are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. Access logs are retained for 12 months.
Role-based permissions restrict who can view or modify service records, calibration certificates, and billing details. Multi-factor authentication is enforced for all technician accounts.
We maintain a documented incident response plan covering breach detection, containment, and notification. Our team runs quarterly drills and logs every security event.
All payment transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. Invoices are delivered via encrypted PDF.
On-site service laptops and measurement equipment are locked in tamper-evident cases when not in use. Data transfer between our tools and your network uses isolated USB drives with hardware encryption.

1. Calibration vs. Repair. Axis calibration restores positional accuracy to published machine specifications. It does not include replacement of worn ball screws, linear guides, or bearings. If mechanical wear is detected during measurement, the client is notified before any corrective work begins.
2. Dynamic Balance Limits. Our on-site balancing service targets G1.0 per ISO 1940 for cutter assemblies and arbors. Balance quality is verified at the machine’s maximum operating RPM. Results may vary if the spindle itself has pre-existing bearing damage or thermal instability.
3. Metal Dust Classification. “Ecological handling” refers to the collection, filtration, and recycling of dry metal particulates. It does not cover wet sludge, coolant emulsions, or hazardous waste classified as toxic or flammable under local regulations. A material sample is required before designing a filtration layout.
4. Site Access & Safety. All field work requires the client to provide a safe working environment: lockout/tagout procedures, personal protective equipment, and clear access to the machine or dust collection system. Threepeaksmc technicians will not operate client equipment without a signed safety waiver.
5. Reporting & Documentation. Every service includes a written report with before-and-after measurements, compliance references (ISO 230-2, ISO 1940, OSHA PELs), and recommendations for follow-up intervals. Reports are delivered in PDF format within five business days of service completion.
6. Liability. Threepeaksmc’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages arising from machine downtime, production delays, or pre-existing equipment defects. Clients are encouraged to review our full terms at terms.html .
